Recommend a Friend Rewards Scheme – let us say thank you!
We know that our loyal clients love what we do and appreciate the care we give to their pets. And that’s why we’ve introduced our new ‘recommend a friend’ scheme so we can say thank you to our clients who spread the word and encourage their friends or relatives to experience the exceptional care we can provide for their pets too!
How does it work?
It’s simple! For every new client you recommend to us that registers at any of our practices, we will give a £5 voucher to you and another to your friend! We’ll also give your friend a free ‘flea and worm check’ with one of our nurses when they first visit. And because you can recommend as many friends as you like, there is no limit to the number of £5 vouchers you can earn.

Terms and Conditions:
The existing client making the recommendation must have been registered with us for at least 6 months and had an appointment with the vet within the past 12 months.
The new client must have never been registered with us, or must not have used our services within the past 3 years.
A client cannot recommend another person living at the same address.
A ‘recommend a friend’ claim form must be handed in at the time the new client registers – forms cannot be used retrospectively.
The new client will receive their voucher when they register. The existing client will receive their voucher by post when the new client attends their first appointment.
Vouchers can be redeemed against professional services including neutering, vaccinations and consultation fees. They cannot be used against food products, worm/flea treatments or items sold at reception.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time.
Vouchers are non-transferrable and have no cash value. Copies are not accepted.
