We require two working days’ notice for all orders. Weekends and public holidays are not classed as a working day. For prescription medication, in most cases your animal must have been examined by one of our vets within the past 6 months, although this may vary depending upon your animal’s condition or the type of medication required. All prescription medication must be approved by one of our vets prior to being dispensed, and we may need to contact you if we are unable to fulfil your request. Please therefore include a daytime phone number.
