Advice on what to do during the Corona Crisis
As a vital frontline service, our veterinary practice remains OPEN during COVID–19 with some changes to how you access our services. We are not open for walk-ins, but we are here for essential and emergency care and are still providing pre-ordered medications, food and parasite treatments.
You can call us and collect your medication orders Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and on Saturdays 9am to 12.30pm. Outside these times your call will be directed to our 24 hour out of hours service. In line with government policy, you will be required to wear a face covering when entering the premises.
Payment is required at the time of treatment or upon collection of goods and we prefer payment by card whenever possible. However, you can also pay online via our secure payment portal – simply give us a call before you come to collect your medication and we’ll be able to e-mail you an invoice.
